Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker faces a recall election today in what is going to be a key indicator of how the State feels when comparing the Presidential policies of Barack Obama and Mitt Romney. A Walker victory could swing the momentum towards the former Massachusetts governor while a recall could energize a state that hasn’t gone red in 30 years.
