Friday Morning Political Headlines: Orlando Sentinel endorses Mitt Romney

TGIF!

Today’s biggest political headline is the actual news organization itself.

The Orlando Sentinel endorsed Mitt Romney and sent shockwaves along the social media landscape. Many believed that it would be President Barack Obama that would get the nod from the op-ed board. Instead the board examined the President’s body of work and mentioned that if Romney were not to succeed, he would be replaced in the next election.

The Sentinel Op-Ed board provides the toughest interviews for its readers. The video’s can be seen here. I believe it should be required viewing for voters.

The aftermath of the endorsement has been disappointment and insults from Obama supporters. Get over it. It’s one endorsement. The sun will still rise tomorrow.

Romney supporters have responded with sarcasm and reluctant approval saturated with more insults of their own. Here is an idea. Just say “Thanks” and move along.
