My Clerk team has worked very hard, upgrading hardware and improving software. The new search feature on our improved web site is mobile friendly and is one of the fastest search engines in the state! We now also have attorney of record access to civil cases.”

Maloy went on to say that the next step is to make criminal public records available online, but assured the public that his office is following the privacy safeguards established by the Florida Supreme Court that protect sensitive information.
