SANFORD, FL – Today, Amy Lockhart (R-Sanford) announced she raised $36,585 in October for her campaign for Seminole County Commission District 4.
“Our grassroots campaign continues to build momentum every month,” said Lockhart. “I am honored by the hundreds of donations we have received from families and small business owners across Seminole County, and I look forward to continuing to grow our base of support as we move forward.”
“Seminole County voters are looking for proven conservative leadership that will deliver fiscal responsibility, low taxes, safe neighborhoods, and good schools. I will fight every day to do just that for Seminole families,” said Lockhart.
Since entering the race in May, Lockhart’s campaign has raised a total of $111,960 from 245 donors.
Amy Lockhart is a wife, mom, community leader, and lifelong conservative. Currently the chairman of the Seminole County School Board, Amy is a strong proponent of choice and excellence in public education, with one child currently enrolled in Seminole County Public Schools, and another who graduated in 2014.
A native Floridian, Amy has called Central Florida home since 1996. She and her husband, Tim, have been married for 23 years and live in Sanford with their 2 awesome kids: Karis (Seminole High School c/o ‘14) and Jake (Lake Mary High School c/o ’19), both of whom attended Idyllwilde Elementary and Sanford Middle Schools. The Lockhart family attends St. Peter’s Episcopal Church.
