Rob Panepinto Only In Politics For 28 Days Out Raises Sheriff Jerry Demings Who Has Been In The Race Since July
Panepinto has filed for Orange County mayor, as well as Sheriff Jerry Demings, Orange County School Board Chair Bill Sublette, and Orange County Commissioner Pete Clarke.
It appears Demings has his work cut out for him, considering he raised about $135,000 in his first three months after announcing his run. He has raised $196,000 so far to date.
Demings filed in July, and has had many months of preparation over Panepinto’s October filing. Panepinto has already outraised Demings in four short weeks.
“I was pleased and humbled by the outpouring of support. There is an appetite for a clear, optimistic vision for making Orange County the place where everyone can achieve their dreams,” Panepinto explained to us.
The commitment and support of the community is what drives Panepinto to run. “These resources, along with our clear message of how to diversify the local economy, create more jobs, and ensure Orange County is a safe place to pursue your dreams, will allow me to earn the trust of Orange County’s families,” Panepinto said.
