Gravis Marketing, a Winter Springs polling firm, has hired a top midwestern consultant to expand its operations. Chris Moreno joins the team from Lee’s Summit, Missouri, a suburb of Kansas City.
The move will help expand the polling firm into the Midwest. Moreno is excited to join the team. “Gravis Marketing needs a strong presence in the Midwest. I have an understanding of campaigning, research, polls and decades of experience,” Moreno explained.
You could say Moreno has been working in the political spectrum since childhood, when he worked on several union campaigns with his father. He has proven results working with both sides of the aisle.
“I understand everything about a campaign from door knocking to data. It has been my passion since I was a kid,” said Moreno. His new role with the polling firm will allow him to put his immense experience to good use.
He has served on the city council in Lee’s Summit and participated in dozens of election campaigns. He is known for his strong support for law enforcement and the fire department.
Notorious for his ability to conduct opposition research, Moreno’s research has led to numerous court challenges and the removal of multiple front runner candidates from the ballot.
He has worked as a Regional Field Director on a Presidential campaign, as well as Political Director for Missouri Attorney General Jeremiah “Jay” Nixon’s campaign for governor, which received the largest margin of victory in Missouri history. In addition, he served on the Transition Team under Governor Nixon and as liaison to the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations. He is also a nationally respected sales leader and trainer in the private sector.
Moreno looks forward to putting his political skills to the test for Gravis Marketing in the Midwest.
