Orlando City Commissioners Regina Hill, and Patty Sheehan were on Smith’s endorsement update. With Hill’s following remarks…

“Carlos has always been a voice for the voiceless. We need champions like him, in a state government who are truly committed to fighting for Florida’s undeserved populations.

Endorsements from 3 members of the Orange County Schoolboard were announced including, Daryl Flynn, Nancy Robinson, and Kat Gordon. Flynn had this to say about supporting Smith…

“Carlos is a true defender of our public schools. He understands how policies enacted in Tallahassee effect students back home in their classrooms. Carlos is just the voice we need right now for students, parents, and teachers.”
