State Senator Darren Soto announced his campaign will began airing two television ads in the 9th Congressional District race that will begin airing on July 12th
The first ad is a Spanish language spot titled “El Momento” that promotes Soto’s heritage and advocates for the expansion of medicare. Who closes the ad saying “together, we can make history”
The second English language ad titled “Getting Things Done” is moderated by Soto and pays tribute to his Mom, before pledging to raise the minimum wage and fight for Social Security.
Soto is currently running for the Orange/Osceola county seat that opened up after incumbent Alan Grayson declared his run for the Senate. He faces opposition in the Democratic primary from former Congressional District Director Susannah Randolph, Businesswoman Valleri Crabtree, and Grayson’s Wife, Dena Grayson, who released a television ad of her own last week.
“I have been knocking on doors with a team of volunteers for the past several months. Now, I’m exciting to get our message out to everyone in Central Florida with our television ads,” said Senator Darren Soto. “I’m running to serve my community, and have a proven record of getting results for my constituents. I hope to earn the opportunity to continue to fight for them in Congress.”
