Florida Democratic gubernatorial candidate Gwen Graham continued her strong fundraising streak through November, raising more than $350,000, and announced her campaign has more supporters than any other Democratic or Republican candidate in the race.
“While Adam Putnam and Richard Corcoran continue to fill their campaigns with special interests donations, we are taking on Tallahassee’s self-serving politicians and building a grassroots campaign to put real Floridians back in charge of our state,” Graham said. “Together, we are going to restore our promise to public schools, protect our environment, and build an economy that works for every Floridian.”
Graham has now raised more than $300,000 for the eighth consecutive month, bringing in more than $240,000 for her campaign and over $100,000 for the Our Florida Political Committee — a total of more than $350,000, in November. Graham has now amassed more than $4.36 million dollars in support of her run for governor and has more than $2.78 million cash on hand.
Graham also added more than 1,400 new grassroots donors last month, bringing her total number of unique supporters to more than 11,500 people — more than any other candidate in the race. This key metric shows Graham’s campaign is continuing to build a strong foundation to take on any Republican in the general election.
“Tallahassee Republicans are preparing for the legislative session the same way they have for the past 20 years — by throwing committee week fundraisers with lobbyists,” Graham said. “While they’re partying in Tallahassee, we are traveling the state building support from real Floridians and talking about the issues that matter to them. With support from thousands of Floridians from every corner of the state, we will take back the governor’s office and set Florida on a brighter path forward.”
