KISSIMMEE, Fla. – To honor the memory of Mark Durbin, the longest-serving Kissimmee City Manager, the City of Kissimmee in partnership with the Tompkins Family Foundation have established an annual scholarship to be awarded to a local college-bound student majoring in public administration with the intent on becoming a future local government manager.
Donations for this program can be made to the Mark Durbin Memorial Scholarship through the Education Foundation of Osceola County.
